Location awesome; overpriced though at over $550 for a so-so room.
Negatives:
I thought the staff could have been more empathetic to our time-crunch situation. We had requested an earlier check in due to having to meet a social event off-site by 5:30...while the junior staff tried their best at the lobby check in, they were clearly overwhelmed by multiple guests checking in about the same time.

Disappinting given the price.

The beds were comfortable and the room was beautiful

It didn't come with a bathtub like the pictures for the room showed, this is the only hotel I've ever been at where we didn't have a mini fridge, there was dust on the bathroom lights, was charged an additional $80 after paying for the room, parking fee is expected but a $30 destination fee that I only get a voucher to use within the hotel isn't very cool when the room is already $450. I've went to Casa Monica a couple times, and for being $200 cheaper it definitely is a much better hotel, their AC also goes colder and it doesn't stop randomly in the middle of the night. Hotel room also doesn't have a ceiling fan like Casa Monica
