Positives:
Room was ready even though we arrived a few hours early. We reported an issue with the shower which was fixed while we were at breakfast. The location couldn't be better for us - convenient too everything we wanted to see/experience downtown.
Negatives:
The gym could've used some love: no towels or disinfectant wipes. Towards the end of our stay, a family with a baby checked into the adjoining room, subjecting us to the full gamut of baby noises. The good news: when we asked to be moved the staff immediately accommodated us.

Everything. The location, the staff/valets, comfortable beds and beautiful ambience. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The valets were superior to any place I’ve ever stayed.

They were renovating the floor in our room, and it was impossible to rest. There was drilling and hammering from early in the morning. Nobody warned us, and they knew about it in advance. They moved us to a different room afterward, but we lost money and sleep.
