Love the location to downtown and riverfront.

Our selves and Many people could not get into our room until 5-5:30 because rooms were not ready.
The rooms along the main road were very loud because of traffic, I believe better windows could help with the noise.
This hotel allows pets, I know the hotel has no control over dogs barking, but as we were trying to sleep, it was just an added burden.

Staff was unprofesinal, the attire looked like homeless people worked at the front desk, my room was given away to someone else, and then I had to defend myself in front of the staff to prove I booked the room.

Check in was at 4 and we had two rooms. One room wasn’t ready until after 5 and the other after 6. They had “ laundry” issues. We had a suite and there was no linens for the pull out in the room. We asked for bottled waters for the rooms and were told they were out and had been out for a while. They told us we could come downstairs and get some cucumber water from the lobby. We paid CC at the bar and when we checked out the bar tabs had also been added to our room charges. When I called and asked for a manager to resolve the charge issue I was put on hold forever with no resolve. Finally got in touch with corporate and received a case number an a credit.

Disappointing
Positives:
Extremely pet-friendly which we love. We dont feel like our dogs are being looked down upon but rather looked at as paying customers! The rooms are basic and big but the beds are very comfortbale. Location is 10/10 especially for walking the dogs.
Negatives:
Cleanliness and friendliness could improve, but would still give it an 8/10.

It’s nice to have a luxury hotel and be able to bring your dogs wherever you go rather than have them sit in the room. The food was delicious. The staff was exceptional.

Hotel or Kennel? I have heard of a pet friendly hotels, but not one that does not have conditions and allowed dogs everywhere. I am allergic to dogs. I asked for a floor without dogs. They had none. Dogs had defecated in elevator. Allowed in restaurant
