Room extraordinary humid. Our bed felt damp and our clothes felt damp the next day as well and I wasn’t able to catch h a sleep. The Small fridge wasn’t working either. We gave the desk a call but they must have missed to reach back out to use to solve these issues while we were there. The fridge was an important part of the room for us because of medications that should have been held cold. We traveled with our dogs. It seemed that there were dogs in our room previously to us and the room wasn’t cleaned/sanitized enough. Our dogs acted anxious in the room and kept sniffing around.

Very nice location away from the crowds but very easy walk to the Riverfront and also very easy walk to various parks. Loved this hotel, nice big room, large backyard with sitting area, complimentary wine at 5pm; we would come back

the bathroom...the vanity was outside the rest of the bathroom and so, if you need privacy to get ready, you don't have it, except when you use the toilet...I prefer a full bathroom with everything in it and I can close the door if I want to.

Quiet location yet still close to most sights. Easy walk to most things. Great outdoor pool and quiet outdoor courtyard. Rooms were quiet and comfortable and clean. Soft fluffy towels. Try the restaurant’s breakfast. The granola is amazing!
Negatives:
The lobby was dusty, dirty and stank like pee. The floor is scratched and dirty. The smell is overwhelming. The concierge was rude and unhelpful. When I asked where something was located that was a half block from the hotel he said, “Did you look at your map? It’s around here somewhere.” We found it in the opposite direction he pointed. A half a block from our hotel. Really he is not the man for the concierge job!!

Positives:
I love the pool and public areas. Our room is spacious and clean and modern. But it was the staff that made this hotel experience exceptional. From the morning coffee bar to the evening wine social everything was so thoughtful. The manager and her staff always went above beyond with any request. We would stay here again if in Savannah.
