Upon arrival we parked in the wrong parking lot across the street. We didn’t know that the Drury Inn had its own parking ramp. We were only parked there for 16 minutes but got a ticket. This came in the mail when we got home. The amount was $90 and I had to dispute it. Got it reduced to $25 but I wasn’t happy about the whole thing

I would like a refund for this horrible stay. The room smelled like something died the beds were stained with red and brown HUGE spots the bed had black what looked like droppings on it…. the carpet was wet I threw away my socks because of the heavy wetness and smell not even five minutes in the room. The wait staff in the morning I asked if there were fresh frittatas because the ones out were HARD she disregarded me. While me my fiancé and children were in the room she sat in that back room not communicating with us. As soon as all of these “different” folks came into the room that is when she decided to come out… what was wrong with her talking to us. She shared about her life with these people and disregarded us. Guess what…. SHE GAVE THEM FRESH FRITTATAS… I am angry. I get it some African American people can be hard to be around but we aren’t we are a mixed family and we love everyone just the same. I was not giving good hospitality by anyone besides the nice tall lighter skinned maybe manager in the morning. She is the only person that made me feel like I belonged. I am beyond upset and to top it off I was charged $30
More than the receipt of my reservation on check out AFTER reading the sign that says if you use a debit card they’ll be a hold on your account. I used my credit card. This was a bad experience for me. I’d like compensation please and thank you. I didn’t deserve what myself and my family went through I couldn’t even sleep because the suite was disgusting. And to

I booked a standard room with 2 beds. We were given a handicap accessible room with an oversized bathroom (handicapped accessible) that took up the whole room.
