Baymont by Wyndham Smyrna

Negatives: Front desk was EXTREMELY rude, the rooms are VERY dirty, we saw a roach in our room, the room smelled like an ashtray, they closed the pool early, hallways smelled like pot, the “free breakfast” was nonexistent (stale cornflakes and crusty waffle mix)

Negatives: Everything the outrageous non refundable fees for pets the smell of drugs in the whole building the ashtray smell thru the whole building the air conditioner that did not work properly so our room remained hot musty and full of moisture smelled like a basement all of the exterior doors being propped wide open by workers so zero security people sitting in park lot asleep high on drugs people peeking through others windows the weed found by my kid in the drawer the hot tub that was boarded up but in the pictures up an running the ice cold pool the chemicals so strong your eyes burn just walking into the room so many people leaving their animals in their vehicles for days nobody did anything about any of it this place is trash

Negatives: No elevator. Door didn’t somehow shut when we left the room for a few minutes. Pricing could have been a little better.

Negatives: I never saw breakfast. The wording online when booking said double room but it was only 1 bed. I reviewed that I read it wrong but they shouldn't call a room with 1 bed a double room. Bathroom door was a sliding door. It was hard to get out and couldn't close all the way. My daughter was almost trapped in cause she closed it as close as much as possible.

Negatives: Breakfast was not like any of the other baymont hotels I've been to.

Negatives: Breakfast was nasty only had waffles cereal no milk no juice no nothing my room wasn’t cleaned properly a old burger was on the side of the night stand which had gnats flying around and the lady at check in was very rude
