The female staff member on day one and the male staff member day two were great. They helped and understood that my grandma was deaf and genuinely tried to help
Negatives:
The overnight staff member on day two when were asked for extra blankets and were told that he'd get us one and lied and said only housekeeping could and the breakfast was nasty

There were spots that look to possibly be mold in the bathroom. The was huge hole in the wall near my friend room. The card reader for the door was missing from their door as well.

The facility was clean the guy was good at the desk the price was good the fridge work it was super cold the bed was ok could have be a little more soft but it was ok it was close to the interstate.
Negatives:
The room I was in the TV keep glitching meaning they wifi/cable need to be upgraded needs an antenna and all the channel couldn't enjoy the TV like I wanted to the air conditioning needs a little work every time it went off it made a squeaking sound the door paint was chipoff it can be upgraded as well house keeping needs to be able to clean daily you shouldn't have to ask front desk to have house keeping bring bring clean towels and rags the toilet could use a little upgrade as well shouldn't be filling up super slow and at least have the room smell clean was a little stuffy made it smell good on my own.

I always come to this property just to get away and relax! The staff is great rooms are cool and comfortable! One of my favorites definitely! Only thing I would say is they need to get some bacon for breakfast lol!!

Close distance to a general area. U can be in that area and make it without a car. The new manager, she is a very nice and sweet lady

The facilities is horrible. We had to change our room three times. First room had no water, second room was dirty and the door didn’t lock. It was annoying having to change rooms 3 different times.
