Negatives: The cold. Being inside and still being cold is very bad. I couldn’t even take a good shower to heat up because the temperature, the curtain thing was broken, the shower head was cheap or poorly comfort. Dead bugs on the wall. I didn’t like some other things too but those are the main things

Negatives: Oh lord where do I start when we first walked in to the hotel it was roaches crawling all over the walls.. towels was dirty.. needs to be fully remodeled

Negatives: It was below 32° and the room had no heat so I didn't sleep and froze! The sheets not only had holes in them but had a dead roach in the bed that I slept in. The next day I went to try to get my money back and they said the manager wasn't in.

Negatives: Ask for a 1st floor room since we are both seniors with hip issues none available, had to go get a plunger, room was not clean but after driving 15 hours we were exhausted, no coffee machine and none to the pop machines worked, fence in back had rungs missing and people were coming thru into the parking lot, questionable security

Negatives: Squatters jn vehicles sleeping in parking lots, Nothing is updated in the rooms, OH NOT TO MENTION THEY DONT CHANGE THE SHEETS. Nor will you believe the amount of trash from under the beds. #DoBetter

Negatives: I reserved a superior king room because I was told it was the best room. I get to the hotel and immediately started having issues. I prepaid with booking.com and the woman at the desk tried to charge my card again. I explained to her I already paid and she told me if she can't take it from my card then she would ask me to leave. Finally after 10 minutes she figured out what I was explaining to her the whole time. I asked if I could have the first floor and she said they are completely booked which there is over 50 empty rooms here. I explained that my significant other is disabled and she said oh well that's all we have. Finally I get in the room and it's disgusting. Holes in every wall. Walls coated in dirt around the headboard. There is a mounted TV on the wall with a hole in the screen and a TV sitting in front of that TV. Opened the drawers of the dresser and there is socks from a previous guest looked under the bed and there are dirty socks under it. The floor looks like it's never been swept or mopped. Walk into the bathroom there's no shower curtain in all corners of the floor there is dirt piles and The sink is non stop dripping. Also in one of the nightstands there's broken glass. The ironing board is disgusting there's a huge hole hiding behind it that's been patched. And to top off the whole experience in the parking lot there are people doing drugs and at least 1 prostitute that's going up to cars as people pull in.

Negatives: Location is sketchy with people roaming the parking lots, sitting in cars, and bars on lobby doors/windows. Room was old and dirty. I itched alot inside the room so I wonder if there's bugs inside. The bed was cheap and uncomfortable. Bathroom was filthy. Shower made a loud noise when water was running. Found hairs all over the sink area and bathroom. Lighting was moderate. Window curtain would not open. A/C made a weird and loud noise each time it turned on waking us up throughout the night.

Negatives: Vending machine was out of order/no ice/dirty floors
