The breakfast was really good. Rooms and outside area was clean. Bathrooms looked up to date and clean. After a certain time you had to use keycards to get in the building and we felt safe at night. Thank you.

The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast had a great selection.
Positives:
The free breakfast, the fact that the front doors locked after 10pm at night so only key holders can enter. The location, the staff, the overall hotel was very clean, and the size of the rooms were spacious. Also, I liked the idea that the shower is separate from the sink area, so one person can shower, while another gets ready.
Negatives:
The curtains were stained, they could use a wash, aswell as the pillows on the couches. But thats the only con I found at this hotel, and that was the least of my worries honestly.

Noise above my room. Noisy children. I asked housekeeping to empty my trash. They never did

I love the location of the property and the friendly staff.

What I didnt like was the people above me staying up and allowing their kids to keep noise going from 7pm to 12:14 am. Your staff was wonderful. Every time I called the desk they sent someone up to check on it. The second time the noise stopped and I was able to get some sleep.
