Positives: Nothing

Negatives: Room was filthy, carpet disgusting, furniture in need of severe replacing, side chair all ripped up, furnace looked like it was a 100 years old. I left immediately after walking in the room and saw the conditions. There was no way I was going to sleep in that place. People loitering on the outside look suspect and suspicious, felt very unsafe.

Positives: 24 hour desk help, close to breakfast spots and college.

Negatives: The property was disgusting. Sheets were dirty, roaches were seen three times during my stay. I called the desk to see if I could change my room and I was told that I couldn’t because I needed to talk to a manager in the morning. It was 3am and I was exhausted from driving all day. I asked about a refund and was told no.

Negatives: The room looked nothing like the pictures it was dirty mold in the shower roaches in the room the staff in the evening wasn't friendly or knowledgeable didn't clean the room no phone in room and a couple of the night staff was doing drugs with guests in the parking lot never stay here

Negatives: The lack of cleanliness. I made several attempts to reach the front desk staff to inform them that the fire alarm in our room needed new batteries and could not reach a live person. The room was freezing. Could not get it to warm up, even with the heat set as high as it could go. There were stains on the bedding as well as rips and tears. We did not feel that we could sleep soundly there whatsoever, so we left.
