The front desk clerks do not represent the hotel at all. The young lady that attended me doesn't know how to work with people. No smile, horrible dress code. Thank God my room was very nice. I was worrying when I first saw the front desk clerk.

The mini fridge had ice billed up, which caused water to leak to bottom. Therefore I couldn't put anything in it because of leak and settled water. Shower had a crack in tub and hair strings on floor.
