The indoor pool was empty upon arrival and stayed that way for 3 days only to open 1 day before check out. For the entire 4 night stay we were unable to watch Netflix or any of the apps offered through the TV. Asked for new sheets, instead had bed made with old sheets. Was unable to use the tub only could utilize the shower.
