There was hair all over the sheets which wasnt something I wanted my daughter to see. My wife went down to the front desk to request for a different room & Once again the same condition. They chose to go stay elsewhere.

Comfortable. Day clerk a twenty year em0lyee was excellent.

Night clerk definitely let it be known she didn't like her job.

Very unclean, hair still all over sink and shower from previous people. Smelled like smoke ever if it was a non smoking room.

Positives:
The room was good sized and fairly clean. They did work with us to change rooms. The original room was upstairs and due to my disability, difficult for me to reach. They were nice enough to swap us out for one on the ground floor.
Negatives:
There was mold on the curtains. The fridge in the room did not work. There was marks on the wall that looked as if something was removed and the wall patched but not repainted. Mainly though I was concerned by the mold spots on the curtains and the wet spot on the floor in front of the fridge.
