I probably won’t stay there...
Positives:
The only thing I can say is that the lady that checked the stand, Kyosha, was amazing. She was polite, courteous, professional, extremely helpful, always smiling, and very accommodating!!! She should be the manager!
Additionally, Peaches was very sweet.
Negatives:
The first room we were checked into originally, had roaches running around and it smelled like a sewer.
We returned to Kyosha and she changed the room. She also asked us if we heard any noise because there were students from Thomasville University all around the hotel. If it was Tina, she told us that she would gladly change our room.
The room was decent, but it had no phone to be able to contact the office. We also noticed that there were hardly any amenities. One tiny shampoo, conditioner, and soap for two people, a sink, and a bathtub. Needless to say it was not enough for one night.
At 9:06 AM the following morning we went to the breakfast room to have breakfast. We were told by the woman at the front desk, who was also tending to kitchen duties —that the breakfast area was closed. After pointing out the signs all over the place, to include their website, she insisted the kitchen was closed. She didn’t care to do anything about it. She called the Manager and told me he would be arriving shortly.
I had a good discussion with Mr. Patel, the manager. He explained that they had recently changed the time from 9 AM to 10 and she was not privy. He was very apologetic and tried to accommodate for her mistake. Thanks for the lack of the phone in our room, he said that they have a serious problem with his students from Thomasville university. The students that had checked out from our room had taken the phone. I also mentioned that they gotten loud the night before, but we tried to put the air-condition on to tune them out.
I asked from Mrs. Patel, to provide us with extra towels and especially shampoos and soaps.
Upon return to the room that evening, the room had not been vacuumed, one little shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and the top things off the foot towel was filthy, which led us to believe that the rest of the towels were also not clean since they didn’t smell clean, and of course, the telltale signs of the first towel.

Positives:
I liked the size of the bathroom, if the counter space was bigger. I liked the location of the motel.
Negatives:
Room to small for two beds for a handicap room. Floor was very dirty, turned my socks black. There was no breakfast, except frozen biscuits and muffins.
