The convenience of the location to shopping, restaurants, and the family member that I came to see.
Negatives:
This is the hotel I stay at most of the time when I come. The only issue I had is the toilet in the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose. So you pretty much had to be careful using it. Other than that the stay was fine.

Property is an older property located in the middle of everything

First room the toilet and tub were rusted . Second room had roach traps . Glad the stay is over . Breakfast bar was empty barely had anything .

To start off, I was told that if I would have to cancel, I would lose all of my money. The blanket on the bed were ratted on the end, the breakfast was terrible, and the wash cloths were stained.
