Upon arriving at the property, it felt overall uneasy. There were people that live on the property hanging around outside. There were roaches inside our room and the air didn’t work. We saw the roaches 10 minutes after getting inside the room and asked for refund (that I didn’t receive) and left.

The location of the hotel was convenient to the place where my conference was. There were several options for food nearby. The staff was friendly at check-in. They had originally scheduled me for upstairs, but kindly changed me to a downstairs room due to my disability. The bed was comfortable. The room had a small kitchenette in it. The room was close to ample parking.
Negatives:
The pillows were small and there were only two, which together would equal one standard pillow. The bathtub looked dirty. Additionally, a $25.00 deposit was not listed in their listing.

They almost did not let me stay because I booked 2 weeks online. I came to town for work (3-6 months)and after the mgr acted like I was trying to rob them because I booked online and told me they would not accept online bookings and I had to pay cash at the counter if I wanted to extend I decided to leave and find different accommodations.

The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. They give you a very hard time about getting into a room that’s booked through any third party. The housekeepers don’t clean the rooms good, can’t speak English, and are so old they never finish cleaning the rooms everyday. There is roaches, and I unbelievably mold and mildew issues. They charge you more at the property than what you reserve in third party app. I have video and plenty pictures to prove.

I dislike Everything. The most disrespectful, nasty and unclean place I’ve ever stayed. They are racist, And rude. And do not honor any third party booking. They are charging you more upon arrival. The washer and dryer don’t clean nor dry your clothes. After paying $3 to wash $3 to dry. I paid $20 for dryer to not have no clothes dry. And no you can’t get your money back because it’s through an outside company.
