Easy access from interstate. Check-in was pretty fast. Plenty of parking.

The first room we were given smelled awful(weed). Mirror on the floor. Tub needed resurfaced, and it looked disgusting.
I asked for a different room. Was given the key to another room, but it didn't work back down to the main office. I was now moved to room three. This room smelled better than the first. The floor was dirty, the shower tiles had mold, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not covered. It also was not plugged in and was very dusty. There was a hole in the wall by the door. The furniture was dusty, and the wall lamps were in need of maintenance..

I like how close it is to the hospital.
Negatives:
The front desk lady was very rude. I never received housekeeping. I continuously had to go to the front desk for toilet paper, sheets and towels because housekeeping never serviced my room within the 8 weeks of being a guest here.
