Floor was not clean, wiped up some spilled water and the towel was filthy! Hate thinking that I am walking on such a dirty floor. We were in a room above the pool with a dog, he was freaking out with the noise that didn’t end until about 10:00

The room was nice and clean. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. It was quiet that we had no problem sleeping. Situated near shopping and restaurants.
Negatives:
We were there during spring break and it was difficult to access the breakfast area. There were too many people trying to access the waffle makers and at the other stations on the breakfast bar. Again, this was spring break, so I'm sure on non-holidays, this probably would not be an issue, as they do offer breakfast from 6:00 to 9:30, so that is plenty of time to get your breakfast. Wish there would have been bigger areas to walk your dog.

The lady at the front desk was very short patient when we called before we arrived and once we got there she was even worse she was very smart mouth sarcastic as well didn’t like her attitude. I tied to see her name tag but it said Noam maybe I’m not spelling it right she was a black lady with a exit exit. She had an accident. I think she shouldn’t be greeting guests with her bad attitude her behavior was unpleasant. Wouldn’t be stay there again and the pool was very cloudy like it needed to be cleaned.

Location was great for dining, shopping and interstate access. Indoor heated pool was a plus. Hotel staff were kind and attentive.
Negatives:
My room had a strange unpleasant odor perhaps from a previous pet visit not properly attended to. Second room in my booking had no odor at all.
