Dirty sheets and blood stains use cafe utensils I had to sleep on my jacket and my book bag because I seen blood stains on the pillow. I took quite a few pictures of everything. Was too late in the night too tired unraveled to look for another hotel only

The laziness, the easy fix the covering things up instead of actually replacing or cleaning them the pillows were worn out

Nothing specific I did not like but I did expect it to be a little nicer for the price and star level. The lobby looks nice but our room seemed a little dingy. I know they were booked to capacity though.

The common areas were all very nice and updated. The staff was different from last year when we stayed here. Very nice but seemed like they were on a learning curve. I liked the large containers in the bathroom.
Negatives:
Our room 315, smelled musty. Desk light and floor lamp didnt work. The AC fan ran continuously. The mattress had seen better days. The bathroom wallpaper was coming off the wall and the toilet was the old very low to the floor type. Would not even consider the $10.95 breakfast buffet. You could not even get a cup of coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Positives:
The location was great close to shopping and dining.
Negatives:
The first room we had smelled like old carpet. The second room had less of the old smell but the rooms need an upgrade. They doubled booked the second room and someone opened our door while we we laying down. Not a good feeling. For a Hilton property I expected a lot better. Im a Hilton Honors member but I booked through booking this time. Next trip I will be looking elsewhere.

Lamp not working, bottle cap left on floor, mirror and pictures looked like cleaned with dirty cloth, furniture scraped and damaged, soap opened instead of in box. Tub faucet dripping and sink filled with water. Overall impression, old dirty room.

Comfortable bed, good location, nice housekeeper.
Negatives:
Night desk clerk was short with me when I asked a question. Granite counter top was sticky to touch. Shampoo was empty.
