1st & 2nd room not properly cleaned. Dried pee on seat, used empty shampoo bottle, hair in bathtub & sink. Hair in bed. Hair and dirt in jacuzzi tub. Neighbors were up smoking in front of room, 5 hrs til 2am, smelled room front desk didn't answer phon

The room I booked was way to large for me and not handicapped yet the gentleman at the desk gave me exactly what I needed, a handicapped room! Thank you so much to him

The property was not the issue. I booked two nights, but my stay was cut short due to Hurricane Idalia. We lost power the second morning there before check out time. I know this was no fault of the property BUT charging me for a second night when I did not stay is not okay.
Negatives:
I checked out early since there was a power outage which was no fault of the property, but the property did not respond to my request for a refund of the one night that I did not stay. They will not respond to my request to provide the refund nor to booking.com. I only stayed one night but was charged for 2 nights.

The price caught my eye and the availability but I learned why they were the only ones who still had rooms available.

Roaches. I dont sleep with bugs and one greeted me on the bed, as soon as I opened the door.
