There wasn't. much to like because the staff was so rude. The man at the front desk made me feel very unsafe. So much so I cancelled the rest of my reservation.

The staff!! I ask for the general managers email address and the man at the front desk would not give it to me. He refused to give me the name, phone number, or email address. He made me and my children feel unsafe so we cancelled our reservation after only one night losing my money.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning unit was good. Gave out nice consistent air flow.

The breakfast was not what we expected. No bagels. There was some round egg thing, but no sausage or biscuit to make a breakfast sandwich. The peanut butter was not good and the butter was hard as a rock. No orange juice.

I slept through the night...

I like the fact that when we were in the hallways every staff member made a point to talk to you. They were friendly.

Immediately when we got to the hotel my husband and I checked on the room. I will not state the issue on here but I will say I went directly to the front. They informed us that they did not have a room to move us to due to being fully booked. The receptionist did give us extra blankets and I was able to make palette on the floor for my kids to sleep on. The next day the bus that took up the whole hotel left and rooms were cleared out. No one ever offered us another room so my kids slept on the floor again. Im more disappointed in the fact that they never offered another room. Every hotel in valdosta was taken up and nowhere else to go. For almost a $400 stay for two nights I'm very disappointed. When I talked to the receptionist on my first night there I made sure that they knew I was not going to be held responsible for the damages in that room and she told I would definitely get my deposit back and trying to get a little more for the horrible inconvenience. But at checkout nothing was stated . I even went back in and made sure the notes were on my account and the receptionist that checked me out said yes. When I had came back in I overheard a comment that sheets were on the floor so if it was my room yes I left the sheets on the floor due to the fact that's where my kids had to sleep for two nights since the other bed wasn't usable.
