Had a stoppage in the sink for my entire stay. Reported to the staff, contacted by two general manager’s. Just to be told that since I booked through Booking.com, there’s nothing they can do! Will never stay say this location or any other Best Western chain.

Reception woman was astonishingly rude. I traveled a long distance with other family members for a funeral. I changed my room to two queen beds because another family member needed to share for the second night. When he began to fix his breakfast plate she said, “Aren’t you staying at another hotel?” I was shocked at the rudeness. We were so embarrassed we left without eating which cost us extra time and aggravation. The hotel is overpriced and while most of the staff is pleasant this woman begrudges every request. Our family is in Kathleen so this would be convenient for our next visit but I would rather drive an extra fifteen minutes than be treated like that.
