We had a reservation for 2 queen beds, we arrived late due to traffic and storms and was informed that there were no queen bed rooms left that they had a king available with a sofa bed .. it was a get midnight so we took room. She said it was a new room which it was but the sofa bed was horrible. It does not pull out for room and a mattress like a normal pull out and it was hard as a rock. With 3 adults that was an issue .
She also mentioned they only had 2 rooms left with 3 more people suppose to check in that night. The a/c unit was loud also.

Staff was very welcoming and informative upon check in. The breakfast was excellent and the “snack room” as we called it was super helpful. The room was spotless and quiet. Easy access to the outside via the stairs right next to our room so you don’t have to worry about meeting guests with their dogs in the elevator.
