The online post described the hotel with a hot breakfast, which we assumed included eggs.bacon, etc. The next morning we discovered it was only a self made waffle and such.

If you stay more than one day, they only clean the room but they wont clean the room until you check out, so no extra towels no Cleaning no nothing for the two days I had to go ask for more towels and make up my own bed

Found hair in the bathtub & slime around drain ring. Hotel refused to clean. Found a fast-food bag & bloody band aid. Reaction to polite request for clean room was we don't want a bad review get out of our hotel. No room elsewhere. No choice, We stayed.

The friendly staff especially the mgr. The breakfast buffet was adequate and we were traveling in a less busy time.

It was close to our family that we were visiting. The room was clean and the linens were fresh.
Negatives:
Major repairs are needed. The door barrier was broken, the tub fausit was loose, room needs to be painted in fact the whole property needs to be repaired and painted. It looks very shabby.
