Positives:
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, the bathroom was also quite nice. The location of the hotel made getting to and from our destinations in the local area, easy.
Negatives:
My most realistic complaint was the breakfast was not great. We did eat after everything had been prepared for an hour already though, to be fair. Smart TVs in the rooms, or perhaps a firestick, would be nice. Overall, was a very nice stay.

You have inflexibility on check-in. We had a wedding event at 4:00PM. I asked for early check-in so we could dress for the event. Even called the day of the reservation & they were unyielding on early check-in. This blew my total opinion of using this site for future reservations.
