Location and shuttle to airport

It was close to the airport.
Negatives:
It was very dirty and there were cockroaches in the bathroom and the room. The edges of the walls were covered in dust, and the sheets had hairs on them.

The location is very good, if you do not want to sleep on an airplane. It is quite close to the airport, and they pick you up in a reasonable amount of time. Also, there are shops two blocks away, including a Starbucks and an IHOP.
Negatives:
The bus from the hotel to the airport leaves on the half-hour. I did not know this, and arrived at the lobby seconds after the bus left, which meant waiting 29 minutes. . . Not a big problem, but still.

Big shuttle bus for a big crown to the airport in the early morning. Not 10 taxis for a group of 40 plus peoples.

The location was excellent, close to the airport and Hickam Airforce Base. The staff was helpful and kind. The hotel is clean and shuttle to the airport is included. Everything exceeded our expectations.
Negatives:
Husband said he would like a bigger T.V. To watch the football playoffs.

Risked our lives walking with luggage for an hour at 3am from the airport to find the hotel because no shuttle available and taxis refused to take us. Room was shabby, dirty and smelled like dogs. Price was outrageous $--- CDN for 2 hours sleep.

Rooms and staff was great Only things was those thats staying there with pets are not responsible enough for their pets poops All was scattered on the grass where they bring them and owners didnt bothered to pick it up after them pets

Bitten by bedbug. Found dead bedbug on bed next morning. Hated airport shuttle. Should have been informed it only ran once per hour. Hate obligatory $11 amenities fee. For one night??
