The hotel is located right across the street from the beach and close to shopping and dining.
Negatives:
It is noisy 24/7. We did not have a coffee maker as listed nor are there any refrigerators in the rooms, so if you do not eat your meals, no need to take home the leftovers. Secondly, they charge you a $500 deposit upon arrival.

Our room on the Club floor was fantastic. A large room with lots of extras eg robes, pyjamas, quality toiletries etc and access to the club lounge. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. All staff were very helpful, courteous and polite.

The pillows were so soft, may as well didnt have one. The fixed shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc that were on the wall were all empty. The reception was very slow, 20 minutes to get a toilet key - not practical

Fantastic view from the beach front room on 10th floor.
The best cheff at the pool bar, made amazing buffalo wings and delicious fries with cheddar, have to try.
Parking valets are extremely fast and nice, as receptionists and cleaning service.
Negatives:
Room on pictures was looking brand new, but in reality that wasnt, it was looking old and tired, also the bathroom was really small, to use it with your couple will be real quest, even when she/he is inside and you want to take a shower, this is will looking like some part of Mission Impossible.
Coffee machine was dirty with a mildew inside the tank, I called the receptionist and instead of changing it or clean it well they brought us the same tank with the mildew but a little bit cleaner.
It has some other small incidents but nothing like the others I already wrote.
