Positives: The staff was much more friendlier than I would have expected and nearly every restaurant and shop in Waikiki were very easily accessible via walking.

Negatives: The hotel swimming pool bar service was a little below what I expected when I got there. I was told to sit and wait for service but no one ever came to give us a menu or even ask if we needed anything.

Positives: The location of the hotel was good enough. It was in front of the beach and beach was amazing. Also rooms was clean.

Negatives: I did not like the breakfast menu. We had only one option of the meat and it was only pork. What if person does not eat pork?! I would rather to give 2 option at least. Pork and chicken, chicken and beef beef and pork. Why 90% of my stay you gave me pork for the breakfast? I am very dissatisfied and breakfast ruined my emotions and my family was angry. Please please if you guve pork put alternative chicken!
