Negatives: The hotel was rundown and dirty. The room was very small and the bed very uncomfortable. We had a huge lanai that was covered with trash , ants and cigarette butts so couldnt enjoy it.

Negatives: Mandatory valet and resort fee. This is not a resort. Definitely shows it's age in places. Plenty of "unhoused" around the property.

Positives: Unbelievably clean, unbelievably courteous, unbelievably nice. V hotel cleanup staff was exceptional. Never touched my stash even when I left it out. Felt very comfortable leaving him $100 tip, well earned.

Negatives: I paid for a 4 star hotel.This hotel is old.I've been to better looking and more spacious 3 star hotel nearby.Parking and resort fee is over the top.No microwave in the room but offer one next to the front desk.Barely heats up. Pool is below average
