Location is great, walking distance to beach, shopping and so many restaurants.
Negatives:
Paid for a one bedroom suite with view, the view was the backside of a building and parking lot. I wouldn't really consider the room a suite either, it's just slightly larger than a standard hotel room with a couch and a sink in the living area. If the bedroom was actually separated (with more than sliding basically closet doors) and had its own tv then possibly a suite.

I booked a room with a bathtub. When I got there, front desk told me that it did not include a bathtub. He told me that they are not liable because I made a booking via a 3rd party which is booking.com
I had to shell out additional money just to have the bathtub.

V hotel cleanup staff was exceptional. Never touched my stash even when I left it out. Felt very comfortable leaving him $100 tip, well earned.

Property is dated and poorly decorated - didn’t feel like a ‘Hilton’ hotel
Male staff member wouldn’t let me check in as my husbands name was on booking. He was parking the car fairly far away. I had his passport and licence as well as the card used for booking. I had made the booking and paid for it, and was accompanied by our 4 children.
He wasn’t helpful or pleasant, so we left without checking in. Came back some hours later to complete and got a different staff member who was lovely.
