After Sunday, Apr 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 21, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: The location was decent in relative to distance from the beach.

Negatives: Less than 20 parking spots, the staff had no suggestions or alternatives. Requested for 1 bed but they gave us 2 twin beds (married couple), with no option to change rooms during our 8 night stay. Kitchenette was bare, we bought cookware elsewhere.

Positives: I like the location and the friendly, helpful. staff. The lobby is small only seats four and is well-lit.

Negatives: I would rate my room at the bottom compared to the other 2 star Waikiki hotels. I would not stay at the Ewa Hotel again. I would not consider my room up Aqua-Aston standard nor a boutique hotel. My room was dark rather than bright as in the pictures.

Positives: This Hotel is off the beaten path which means it's quiet. Its situated at the end of Waikiki which is ideal for me. The room has a kitchen with real plates and silverware. This is my 3rd stay there and I will come back.
