Positives:
The staff was very nice and friendly. It had a small kitchenette that was useful as well
Negatives:
Our "king" bed was 2 twins zip tied together which was uncomfortable, the facilities are very old, the outlets need to be replaced, the water temperature fluctuated a lot and took a very long time to warm up and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. It could really do with some remodeling BAD.

The kitchenette is a big plus! Helped us save a little on breakfast/lunch, since everything in Waikiki is extremely expensive.
Negatives:
The cleanliness was very average. Lots of cockroaches stuck on the kitchen table (between the base and the glass), the room has a bit of a humidity smell. The bed was very clean, however.

Positives:
The location was great; about 1 block from Waikiki Beach. The room was spacious and very clean. It even had a 2 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine! The top deck had lawn chairs with pads and tables.
Negatives:
It has 1 elevator. That sometimes made it difficult to move luggage.

When i checked in the phone in my room was out of order and the TV did not work. The TV was fixed on day 2 and the phone was not functional for the entire stay.
