It was a great stay...
Positives:
Very friendly staff. Room was nice and clean. A little bit of age on the balcony, bathroom and "touch ups" in the room, but was fine for us. Most importantly the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The drain in shower and sink "backed up" a bit. Resort fees were high, especially for not using any of the amenities. It would be nice if there was a way to opt out of resort fees. I was told when I booked the room fees would be $---but charged $---.

There is no parking. If you have a vehicle you have to park around the city. Cheapest we found was $50 a night.

Nice location and friendly staff. Kitchen, which is a plus so you can prepare your own meals. Nice pool, but could be bigger.

The WiFi in the room was terrible. There were a smart tv, but you could not connect it to WiFi because of the poor reception. No ChromeCast. The cleaning of the floors could be better, still a lot of sand left...

Late night arrival. Credit card processing down. Had to leave written number. Was for resort fee only. Would not take cash or wait till morning to charge it. Staff did not have a good explanation why they couldnt either wait or take cash
