All rooms provide a balcony and free WiFi. Each room also includes a satellite TV, a desk, an iPod docking station and Na Ho'ola Spa toiletries in the bathroom at this Honolulu resort. Styled in dark wood furnishings, white colored linens are offered. Enjoy a breakfast buffet at Shor Restaurant which later provides Waikiki's newest and largest dinner buffets, "The Buffet at Hyatt" with fresh seafood, made to order poke, steamed crab, sushi, prime rib along with local favorites like Kalua Pork and Short Ribs. Guests can enjoy indoor or outdoor seating. Guests may also visit SWIM to enjoy creative cocktails and a menu featuring island pupus, grass fed burgers, fun family fare and "Aloha Waikiki" hula show on Wednesday nights. The resort's new cultural center, Ho'okela, will provide guests with the unique experience of Hawaii in learning to dance the hula, play the ukulele, make a lei and other arts & crafts. Over 60 unique shops and boutiques are featured at Hyatt Regency Waikiki. Concierge services are offered. A 24-hour fitness center is onsite. The award winning, Na Ho'ola Spa is onsite offering rejuvenating treatments reflecting the Hawaiian cultural art of healing.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. staff was so kind, they surprised us with a dessert to celebrate my partner's birthday. The buffet was yummy, and the pool and hot tub were great to end your evenings. 10/10 would recommend. we didn't want to leave.

elevators took a looong time, there was often a line in the lobby by the time the elevator arrived.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and on our second day, the hotel workers declared a strike. We had security concerns and were always anxious throughout the holiday. In addition, we could not benefit from many of the services we paid for at the hotel, such as room cleaning. One day when we came back to the hotel, my husbandhad to go to the market downstairs and he didn't have a room card, so he asked the hotel employee named “Donna”to go upstairs. Donna made disrespectful remarks to my husband and threatened to have us removed from the hotel by force. It was truly a nightmare honeymoon. I don't think we will choose it again.
