Not a clean place at...

Location is very central. Close to bus links, beaches and shopping.
Negatives:
Just about everything. It is rundown, and the bathroom was horrendous. The hot water took upto 10 minutes to kick in(that's if it does). I had a few cold showers. There were bugs, and the housekeeping staff would regularly forget to replace our towels after they took the dirty ones. Oh and the kitchen is not well stocked.
It's more a hostel standard than hotel.
