Between Saturday, Oct 5th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Oct 8th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Oct 8th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 8, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Pet policy: Prince Waikiki is a pet friendly hotel and welcomes cats and dogs (there are no size requirements), however, pets are not allowed in the restaurants, pool deck, fitness center, bars, banquet event areas and the club lounge. A one-time pet sanitation fee of 350 USD plus tax will be automatically added to the guest portfolio at any time. This fee is to sanitize the room should other future guest be allergic. Any further damages incurred to the room by the pet are the responsibility of the guest/owner which could incur extra costs. These include, but are not limited to: Pet is not picked up after, pet hair left behind, and pet smell. Pets must be supervised at all times. Should a pet be left in the room unattended, the pet must be placed in a kennel by the guest/owner. Positives: it had a desk and a chair although two chairs would have been nice

Negatives: Only one chair in the room. We stayed two stays within a week of each other. Our first stay was 1903 - the bed was uncomfortable and pillow too soft> constant noise from the above floor - sounded like a child running around. Our second stay was 1101 - bed was better than in room 1903 but the view was not good from this room as we were unable to view the fireworks, which we were very much looking forward to see.

Negatives: Issues with elevator for a couple of days and the breakfast arrangements on Sunday are not acceptable especially when you are paying quite a high rate. Please make proper coffee available included in the breakfast and not that watery filter coffee All others things were great
