Location was great, you can leave bags in the lobby which is super helpful. Its a short walk to the beach and easy to catch the bus to the airport. Room was clean, but old.
Negatives:
While the inside of the room was pretty clean, it's old and needs a bit of a refresh.

You get what you pay...
Positives:
Nice location and I mean very nice location, in the heart of Waikiki, so even though place was not great we enjoyed our stay despite the downsides of this place. The price is right if you want to be in the midst of it all.
Negatives:
Room was tiny & loud, place was dilapidated, rug was so old I didn’t want to take my shoes off. Surprised reviews were not worse, was a surprise for me when I got there to discover it the way it was.

The traffic is extremely loud. The windows are the plastic slats so lots of noise seeps through. Would be nice if they changed the windows so it wouldn't be as noisy.

Nothing really. The room is so dirty and the air-conditioning is so noisy. There's no sound proofing it's noisy from dusk to dawn.
Negatives:
Everything. It's so dirty and they charge an arm and a leg for a room that's so dirty. The air-conditioning is obviously not cleaned at all. It's blowing some big dust particles and it's so noisy. It's like the bed cover was not replaced at all. It still got some hairs on it. A decent hostel in Europe is probably so much better. It's worst than a third world accomodation with all the resort fee etc. I won't come back here at all. There's also no parking here. I have to pay $50/day to park my car few blocks away.

The location is amazing, right in front of Waikiki Beach, and the staff utterly nice and welcoming. The facilities definitely need some work. Extremely old. Functional if you need it in an emergency as us.

The facilities need some work, the bathroom amenities extremely old and rusty. The windows are prehistoric.
