Positives: For Waikiki standard, the price is good enough and close to everything.

Negatives: It's a rundown hotel, and the room is so outdated. The door lock doesn't seemed safe enough. I t can be easily open. The pool looks dirty. I don't know, it's kind of creepy.

Positives: Location location location! Main bus stop across the street. THEY HAD A PIANO I COULD PLAY! Close to beach and McDonald's. Staff VERY helpful and nice.

Negatives: Dated, toilet leaked water and needs a fix. A bug in bathroom, sliding door VERY hard to operate. Surroundings dated and unclean. I took a towel to the floors to clean since dirty.
