Good news! Before Saturday, Oct 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Saturday, Oct 12th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Oct 15th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Oct 15th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 15, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Location location location! Main bus stop across the street. THEY HAD A PIANO I COULD PLAY! Close to beach and McDonald's. Staff VERY helpful and nice.

Negatives: Dated, toilet leaked water and needs a fix. A bug in bathroom, sliding door VERY hard to operate. Surroundings dated and unclean. I took a towel to the floors to clean since dirty.
