Negatives: The Vizio tv was difficult to figure out. It was four days into my eight-day stay, before I could figure out (and only from my asking the hotel staff for help) how to find the channel guide on this tv. There was a lack of cutlery in the kitchenette, I.e, only one fork, and there was not enough drinking glasses (2 plastic, one glass), and no wine glasses.

Negatives: The building is old, and the room was not well isolated, so it was noisy sometimes.

Negatives: I warned the staff weeks earlier that I would arrive before 15h and they kindly agreed to keep my luggage and go for a walk. When I returned (after 15h) they said my room was not ready and they did not know when it would be (by the evening it will be, the lady said). I made her notice that check in was at 15 and I was due a meeting and needed to take a shower and get ready, that I had warned them about my arrival time. The lady at the counter could not care less, she said it's busy time. Meanwhile, someone who came after me was checked in earlier than 15h. I had to call customer service to move a bit things. The lady tried to explain to them that they were busy but finally around 16h (I suspect they hurried things because customer service from booking called them) and was of course late for my meeting. If I check out later than checkout time hotels will charge me late checkout fee. But this seems not be reciprocal, they can just do whatever they want there The room was classified and priced as kind of higher standard room but was extremely old

Negatives: The kitchen and bathroom could use some renovation, but it was ok. They were not dirty, just old and rusty. The mattress was extremely soft. There was some sort of problem with their system when I checked in, so I had to insist that I had a reservation.

Negatives: The whole place is in need of a full refurbishment. Rooms i had were very noisey due to outside traffic which I know is not hotels responsibility but old single pane louvred glass windows offer very little noise protection. AC old and very noisey. That being said it was clean and beds comfy.
