It is very rare to find a hotel room with two king beds which is why this hotel was chosen for 3 people. The beds and room were comfortable. The gift basket was a great added touch. However, the best surprise was the Hideout Restaurant. The food and drinks were so incredible we ate almost every meal here during our stay.

Positives:
The location was the best part of this hotel as it is central to many businesses (such as restaurants and other services). I appreciated the amenities that were included especially the fitness center. We also enjoyed how our 704 Suite was set up (specifically the blocked off eating area). Also, being able to heat up leftover food with the microwave downstairs and refill our water bottles was such a time saver.
Negatives:
Everything was relatively excellent; however, since we were a party of 5 it was an inconvenience to have to ask the cleaning staff to provide us 5 total towels (we were short upon arrival). Also, the $60 per day valet was shocking. My family would have been willing to pay for a more reasonably priced parking space. However, I understand the bottom line of a business is profit.

The property was very modern and a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed with a large group and everyone enjoyed their stay. Also, Sierra from reception was very helpful with resolving our issue tax issues.

The rooms were standard with modern remodel. I didn't request a quiet room like your survey thinks. I was supposed to have a partial beach view, but got an ally. The staff was excellent and accommodating.
Negatives:
Because I booked through booking.com I was charge $20.00 more a night for parking. I was told on the phone by Laylow it would be $40. a night, but they charged my $60. I was there 9 nights so that added up. They also charged what they call a resort fee, it is $29. a night, but again, going through booking.com, a third party, I was charged $35 a night for the resort fee. They are far from a resort, and there was no continental breakfast. Our mattress was dipping in the middle and desperately needs replacing. Price gouging set aside, I loved my vacation refusing to let it ruin my time in paradise.

Positives:
We enjoyed that we were still centrally located in Waikiki, but not directly on the strip. The location was convenient, the rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. Appreciated the water refreshing station.
Negatives:
Our family prefers the pool to the beach, so the pool was a little small. We just went early to avoid any crowd. Would also have preferred an ice machine instead of the bagged ice. There were a couple of times where the freezer was out of ice. Depending on the time of day, there were a few times where we had to wait for 3-4 rounds of the elevator being full. Valet parking pricing was high (valets were super friendly though).

Positives:
The location and staff were great. The pool was nice with plenty of towels and suitable for young children. Not a lot of shade before lunch. Gym was well equipped. Housekeeping was great. We didn’t eat at the I’m house restaurant so can’t comment on it other than to say it always seemed busy. Coffee was good from coffee cart.

It would be great if the coffee bar was open past 11am.

Location was amazing! Escalator right into the main streets of Waikiki. Lots of shopping and eating on the same street. Just blocks to the beach. THE best area to be in the middle of downtown life. Staff was extremely friendly. Valet was very convenient but expensive.
Negatives:
Bathroom counter is small when staying with 4+ people. The bed was comfortable but other two futons/sofa beds were rock hard. No fan in the bathroom and the lighting was minimal. Lots of windows though so bright during the day.
