Negatives: Disinterested customer service. No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Very noisy could hear people's conversation next door and down stairs 24 hours day. A very noisy air conditioner. The place needs a lot of maintenance. No windows only louvres so the air conditioner didn't work properly The shower needs maintenance very old and dated a long time waiting for warm water it was never hot. Air conditioner was not functioning properly as it took a day for anything to dry. In the 9 days when the room was serviced twice in those 9 days that's not good enough. Wondering what the amenities fee was for that was charged several times. WOULD WE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE CERTAINLY NOT....

Positives: Coffee is available from 7 am. Pool side ambience with lots of palms and other plants. The architecture of the building gives me a positive resort vibes. The gate helps secure the property especially at night. The hotel is conveniently located near ABC store and up to mid-evening hot meal availability.

Negatives: Front desk staff are helpful but deficient in Aloha spirit. An added smile and willingness to accommodate inquiries would be invaluable PR pluses. Your property and architecture are dated and an added dosage of smile and amiability would great service to liven up the unique ambience of the property. In fairness, I found your ground crew and room assistant more of the face of your property than those at the front desk. Please pay more attention to your gardens and grasses. They will look more beautiful if taken cared very well. Please constantly wipe tables and chairs at patio. I found them dusty all the time like no one ever cared. When we first came in for late check in, there were no towels supplied in the room except a shower rug. I used that rug for my early shower as the front desk was still closed at that time. May I ask, why charge $25/day for towels when they should be part of your hotel to help client stay comfortably in the property?
