We were given the wrong room with only one bed. When i paid for a two bedroom. I went back to see if I could get a two bedroom room and all they could do was bring in a hard roll up bed. Plus I waited 10+ minutes upfront trying to get their attention. they couldn't hear me, since both were in the back with their earphones in, on their phones. Had to lay on a hard thin bed all night. Couldn't even sleep.

The location was good, close to the exit and entrance to I84, and the proximity to downtown Boise and the Greenbelt was just right for me, not too close and not too far.
Negatives:
The room I was given had a funky odor. It was clean but it held on to someone else’s extended stay. The bathroom had a stand alone sink. There was no countertop to put my items on. Two skinny shelves on the wall held amenities, but there wasn’t any room to put personal toiletries. I was given an ADA room. The other rooms might have counter space.
