The hotel was understaffed. There were a few sporting events at the beginning of the week and a large music festival that decended on the city at the end of the week. The hotel was not properly staffed. Extra towels took 30 minutes to arrive by room service. Trash cans at the elevators were not emptied frequently enough.

Beautiful facility and the location downtown and near Julia Davis Park was great! So easy to walk to restaurants, breweries and sights in or near the park.

Breakfast said it ended at 10 but by 9 there was no food left, not many options, had to go eat breakfast somewhere else.

The location of this place was perfect walking distance from local bars

We did get woken up earlier either by room service or staff upon opening the door they just wanted to see it the room was still occupied and this was around 730 and check out wasn't till noon
