Positives:
Blackout shades and AC easy to operate. This location is transformative for sleep. I got a solid 6 hours! I may make changes at home to replicate this experience.
The parking garage is very nice and easy to use. 1 block of walking puts you right into downtown Boise. I can see Chipotle and Trader Joe from my window.
We have stayed in a few other Boise locations but we prefer this facility. We have family here. It just works. Good sleep next to all the downtown fun!

The location was great. And the staff were very friendly.
Negatives:
The beach was dirty and the pool Jacuzzi, etc. were very crowded. There were four or five proms and several graduations. I was unable to even get breakfast because the line was so long also the evening cocktail hour there was only one bartender and huge line of graduates prom, attendees etc. it was very hectic.

Amazing value, one of the cleanest hotel room I have stayed at. Spacious room, excellent for families. Pool is great for little kids. Loved downtown location and secure parking on the same floor as my room was nice.

Staff was exceptional. Room wonderful. Clean. Spacious. Relaxing after a long day out. Very close to multiple food options.

Breakfast was very under whelming. Other peoples children were a nuisance and allowed (by parents) to cough on and touch everything.

The hotel was understaffed. There were a few sporting events at the beginning of the week and a large music festival that decended on the city at the end of the week. The hotel was not properly staffed. Extra towels took 30 minutes to arrive by room service. Trash cans at the elevators were not emptied frequently enough.
