Positives:
Easy check-in. Breakfast buffet okay. Friendly staff at all levels. Walking distance to Boise Towne Square Mall, restaurants, etc. Short drive to Meridian for more shopping opportunities.
Negatives:
We had a family unit. The room with the king bed was cold. There was no heater for that room, and no extra blanket available in either room.
There was no microwave in the community breakfast area. As I eat a plant-based diet, I had to heat up part of my meal in my room, and the other part in the toaster downstairs. One of my travel companions had the offered eggs, potatoes and sausage. Her eggs were cold and there was no microwave for her to use either.

The room was quite large. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Liked having plenty of outlets for electronics devices. The wifi was a decent speed.
Negatives:
The indoor pool is popular with families with young kids, so lots of kids up and down the halls. Only one slow elevator.
