Positives:
The size of the room was good. It was enough space for myself and the 3 adults I traveled with. Your house keeping staff member David was awesome. He was more than helpful and went above and beyond what was needed.
Negatives:
The air conditioning in my room didn't work and I couldn't be moved to another room due to availability. We were miserable all night with how hot it was in our room. We ended up sleeping with our balcony sliding glass door open for the 5 nights we were there. I was very disappointed in the breakfast that was offered. You are charging $7 per person for what should be included in the stay like most other hotels for the cost per night being charged. In fact the Red Lion near Boise airport offers the same breakfast included in your stay. What was more disappointing is that the breakfast staff would not replenish certain items such as coffee creamer if it ran out until the next day. I was told at 9am by the breakfast staff that there was no more creamer available until the next day when I told them the creamer was out and ask if it could be replaced. At 9am I think that is ridiculous that creamer could not be replaced. This was the same comment made to other hotel guests if a food item was running out. I heard staff tell a guest "whatever is out is what's left, that's all there is." Why would a guest be told "that's all there is" when you are charging the breakfast. It's unfortunate that the customer service has gone down hill here.

Positives:
Our room was quiet and comfortable.
Negatives:
The evening staff was unprofessional and extremely slow. Our room air conditioner didn’t work so they gave us a fan. There was no place to eat at the hotel. We were tired and hungry, but had to leave to find dinner. The entire hotel was very run down. ( Duck tape holding the carpet together).

Positives:
The staff were all great! They were all very friendly and helpful. It was in a good location only minutes away from all areas of Boise we were there for. Great price! I will probably be staying here again.
Negatives:
The we’re having problems with their AC, but I understood that was not a consistent problem. We just came during an unfortunate time.
