Positives: Nothing. Horrible experience.
Negatives: Room stank of cigarettes. Pools of water on the floor. Disgusting furniture. Stains on bed and couch. AC did not work. Disgusting bathroom. Every piece of wood chipped or broken. Overcharged my card 3x for triple amt. Did not return funds for a whole week

Positives: Friendly, helpful staff. Great price. Clean.
Negatives: The hotel room key readers need to be replaced immediately. I wasted a lot of time just trying to get into my room. I could hear other guests struggling outside of their rooms as well. Until that is fixed, I won't stay there.

Positives: Walking distance to downtown.
Negatives: Bar and grill is closed "for remodeling" with no timeline to reopen. Not the cleanest place.

Positives: Checking out.
Negatives: AC doesn't work well. Bathtub was stopped up. Staff gave him a hard time for having an ESA. Door latch in room was broken. A homeless man walked in off the street and accessed services for guests, specifically at the coffee station.

Positives: Location to my grandson
Verified Hotel Guest Family with Young Children July 10, 2021
Positives: I like how the hotel was kept in overall good condition even though it was an older facility. It was in a good location in regards to proximity to downtown, restaurants, and stores.
Negatives: The air conditioning system is very outdated. It was at least 80 degrees in the room the entire stay. Outside temperatures were 100 + degrees during our stay. Please upgrade the air conditioning system.
Verified Hotel Guest Group Traveler July 9, 2021
Positives: Good location
Negatives: It did not meet my expectations for the star rating or the price. While I realize there have been a lot of challenges as we come out of the pandemic, the general condition of the hotel was not good and housekeeping was not sufficient.

Positives: Ac in the room is not working. First night I reported tis issue to the receptionist because we can't sleep, but without any success. Second night We woke up approximately at midnight, and we slept in the car because they did not fix problem.
Negatives: Second day we decided to go home, because slipping in the car for 3 peoples is to hard. We even forget some stuff in the bedroom including iPhone 11, but we shipping label and they mailed iPhone to our address. Also they denied to fix AC or refund.

Negatives: Ac not working(98 degrees in room) patio tiles broken, missing, shower moldy, chair seat cracked, split, patio door wouldnÂ't lock, bed on casters so it moved around, said they were full and couldnÂ't give me another room. Hall carpets old, dirty, wor

Positives: I stayed here two years ago. Great location to explore Boise. Easy on and out to I- 84.
Negatives: Lounge was still closed from COVID? Other Hotel lounges were open. Very disappointed. Halls on upper floors havenÂ't been vacuumed in ages. Chair and footstool in room filthy (black oil stains from dirty skins), my door lock was busted. Not a clean hote
