Residence Inn by Marriott Boise West

Negatives: It was a little run down. The wallpaper was peeling, the tiles were cracked in the bathroom, the furniture was stained, the curtains had marker coloring on them, and there was a burn hole in the carpet. I would say this is a 2 star hotel and not somewhere I would stay again.

Negatives: For breakfast another drink might be nice .

Negatives: I have a random $3 charge for no reason I need to call in about. My husband and I came here for a night away for our anniversary, and just slept in the room, nothing else.

Negatives: It is hard to evaluate our stay in Residence Inn Boise West because the hotel canceled our reservation a few hours before our arrival without notification and without informing Booking.com. We arrived at about 6 pm and learned that there was no room for us. The staff left us (with a child and a couple of elder parents) to our own devices in a foreign city with few vacancies due to the festival taking place. Eventually, I found another place to stay, which was more expensive, obviously. And looking for it has ruined my afternoon... The hotel so far does not feel responsible.
