I was staying at the property for a colonoscopy I was having on Monday so a functional bathroom was a must. Toilet broke and we had to switch rooms. We went from a king bed, jacuzzi tub, living room, to a tiny queen room with two beds. It was upsetting to say the least. I don’t think I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was great with an omelet bar and yummy choices. Coffee was good! Room seemed dated. I paid extra for room on the river. The view was great. Just get up and go for a walk!

It was a beautiful property and I like that the allowed my dogs to join us in the lobby area to eat.

It was very noisy even after 10 pm and you could hear everything in the halls. The breakfast buffet looked very good but did not taste that way. I felt a bit sick to my stomach halfway through the meal. Would not eat that again. The proximity of restrooms to the conference rooms was not so good. Long walk when you are in a hurry.

The hotel is in a great central location. We loved all the live music, and the musical nods everywhere you turn. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is plenty to do in the venue to keep the family busy.

It was nice and clean. The pool was really nice and they only opened it at night which was cool cause it’s heated.

The stupid fire alarm went off at 5am for nothing after driving 15 hours I needed rest. The fire alarm didn’t help with that at all. And ruined my stay.
